Have been
lying awake most of the night, but ”woke
up” around 7a.m. Just waiting on the
clock to hit 8 a.m. That’s when I get my medicine, cucumber, tomato and coffee.
Everything
with customs department are solved, I don’t get it, so creepy.
Went out on
the town with S to buy tofu, we’re going to make a vegan “smörgåstårta”, (sandwich
cake?) for 6-7 vegan persons at a funeral dinner.
If someone
wants the recipe, just ask. Real simple!
This night
was the first night in a long time ( a week maybe) I were about to go to sleep
and wake up with S. And I did, for 3 mornings/nights. Fantastic. But I had so
much anxiety, but I didn’t crave. Good job!

2 bananas
and coffee, time: 11.45 a.m. Stod up on a scale, 55 kilos. Last time the
scale showed 57. That’s minus 2kg in a week.
Our
sandwich cake were a hit at the funeral, even non vegans (meat people) liked
it. Liquid smoke is the shit and tofu egg mix with lemon, dill, chives and
other herbs and hummus.

Were about
to be back from furlough around 8p.m. but came back around 1a.m. so there were no lunch for me. It’s
expensive, and wasn’t ordered. I have special diet, Vegan minus gluten, sugar,
yeast and soy. This night ended up with massive anxiety and craving, because I
left the clinic and walked home, and craved on butter covered rice cakes with
salt and cucumbers. So so so stupid of me.
Over all,
it was nice to come back to the clinic after a hectic weekend.

Breakfast
at 8. 6 rice cakes with avocado, tomato and cucumber and many cups of coffee.
Now I’m home until 12.30, then I have to go back to the clininc to eat. Lunch is
served at 12.30.
So for now,
good day!
