I woke up
and I felt huge, today some mechanism isn’t as it should be in my head. Today I
think I’ll start doing some work out, just a tad.
I feel my
knees and my back needs to get some workout, plus it’s super good looking with
a toned back… or the whole body for that matter. Healthy is the new skinny.
Not that I
really care about ideals or trends. I just simply do my own thing always. And
no one can stop me but me, and I won’t.
One thing I've written before is that I don’t feel any hunger, ever. But I sometimes do feel cravings because of
low blood sugar levels. But a fruit will stop the craving.
I always count calories, or no I don’t
I just make sure I don’t eat over 1500 a day more or less. I know every product’s
(that I use) table of contents.
I’m vegan, and I’m sensitive/
allergic against Soybeans/ products, gluten, sugar, yeast. This means, I don’t
eat any of the world’s unhealthy things, and my body thanks me.
Remember this
is right for me, and that means it might not be the best for you.
But eating healthy is good for every single one of us. Starving is not, I eat beans like it was the only thing I knew. Oatmilk (oat products in general, naturally free from gluten), bananas, chili, cayenne, cinnamon and veggies, all! I never ever eat sweets or sugar other than fruits. Never ever adding or consume products with extra glucose or sweetening in it.
Today’s our dog’s birthday. We’ll
make him a doggy cake. And sing for him.
