effortless workout

Yesterday we started the day receiving a sms, a friend of me and S texted us and offered us coffee at a bakery in town. We laced our shoes and walked downtown. I had unsweetened oat-yogurt, so delicious btw!
Then we went to the liquor shop and our friend "W"s, who also bought us the hanker, shopping basket took a spin and ½L beer-bottle smashed into the floor. No harm done or easy done gone anyway, the female clerk, a middle-aged woman told us that those baskets does that on and of. (time to change maybe?) 

Anyhow, me and S went home, watched a documentary... then of to birthday celebration! S's grandmother turned 75 (I think it was 75, ops). After this "party/ pre-party" we went to the next one, at some MC-friends place which led us to a pub. Where I just had water, and black coffee. S go a bit dizzy in the office upstairs so we walked home. (we basically live in the center).  We came home around 2 in the morning. Watched "trailer park boys", ha ha. 

And today, all three of us woke up at our place, we had breakfast and then me and S and our dog went on an amazing walk with some climbing added. We walk downhill, uphill and it was hil(l)arious! we also climbed, not mountains though, but very very big rocks. Stone facades might be a bit more proper word for it. Well, we had so much fun and it was so relaxing, and still at the same time great workout! climbing and uphill-walking is such good workout. 
Now I just had myself some soup, S made us soup. healthy and delish!
Later we'll go dumpster diving. To fill up our fridge with loads of vegetables and what else we will find. 
Tomorrow will be snap back to reality, home alone while S is at school and at 4 I have my doctors appointment for my rectoscopy bhrr!
And by the way, I never EVER have any binge or cravings anymore!
