Couldn't sleep last night so I was reading about dead models, there's a lot of models which comitted suicide.
Remember beautiful Ambrose Olsen face of Armani and Tom Nicon face of Burberry. They both died in 2010. Ambrose comitted suicide by hanging and Tom was found in the courtyard of a building in central Milan, after falling 4 floors from a window of an apartment he was residing in and just hours before a scheduled show he was to appear in at Milan fashion week event. He had attended a Versace fitting on the same morning.
Then there's models which died from anorexia...

Ana Carolina Reston - died at 40kg's (88lbs) at a height of 1.73m (5'8"), and had been hospitalized since October 25, 2006, for kidney malfunction due to anorexia and bulimia, which included a diet consisting only of apples and tomatoes. Her BMI was at that time 13.4.
Luisel Ramos - died at age 22. She was reported to have adopted a diet of lettuce and Diet Coke for the three months before her death. At the time of her death she had a BMI of 14.5. She weighed 44kg (97lbs) at a height of 1.75m (5'9").
Eliana Ramos (Luisel's sister) - died at age 18 by a heart attack... caused by anorexia.
You know what, I feel sick to my stomach and sad when I read about this, but in some wier kind of way I feel 'I want to be just like them' I glorify a BMI at 14 and 13, amazing, I'm amazed by this people. And I always will be, when I look at pictures of them I don't feel disgusted.I need money so that I can by myself some dietpills and other shit.
I'm not afraid of dying, I'm afraid of being fat.
And I think I'm fat when my BMI is over 17... ...

Nja bara 19g o kanel ska vara endast 65kcal. Och på det har kanel en väldigt hög effekt på förbränningen (egentligen är det "farligt" för kroppen att äta mer än någon tesked per dag och livsmedelsverket har gått ut med varningar angående detta också, men med tanke på hur stor påverkan det har på förbränningen så öser jag på flera matskedar varje morgon ändå. Struntar i riskerna.)
För att svara på frågan så ska linfrön vara samma som psylliumfrön. Vet dock inte maxmängden man får äta innan kroppen börjar ta upp energin ur dom; det brukar stå på sidan av paketet. På psyllium är det 2msk! Det gäller också att få i sig mkt vatten så de verkligen passerar ordentligt genom kroppen och inte "fastnar". Men läs på paketet! Vet att det är viktigt att det är HELA linfrön och inte krossade iaf för att kroppen inte ska ta upp dom! Kram
