shit not you again

I'm not writing that much when I feel better. I've had a great couple of weeks, but now anxiety strikes again. Fuck you anxiety, fuck you very much.
Hmmm, makes me sad and exhausted.
I eat, that's good though. But I also exercise... climbing (bouldering), makes anxiety feel less intense and even disappear more or less.

Need some positive motivation on being healthy minded and how to deal with anxiety?
