No breakfast, but lunch I eat more or less every day. I eat 1 or 2 meals a day. Not big, but I eat.
First of all, so I chop three small carrots into cubes, same with a small onion, two garlic cloves, a few slices of cabbage which I also rough chop into cubes. Adding a tablespoon of tomato paste (of only tomatoes, nothing else) when it's been on for a while. Season with white pepper, oregano and chili. Pour over a deciliter of oat cream. Stir and let cook some more and then it's ready.
This I prepare in a white ceramic pan. With this pan you don't need cooking fat or oil what so ever.
And I never use salt, no salt except that which occurs naturally in food and other greens. There is a bit of sea salt in the oat cream, but I make an exception for this and it's the only extra salt I eat.
