I throw away food my mom and dad bought me. Right down in the trash can beneath the coffee filter, to make it hidden. Make it disapear!
It's so much easier to get routines if there's no food to eat. Now I only have 1L ricemilk, unsweetened and sugar free, but that's to much for me to handle anyway. I just can't do it.
So today - SLAM-bada-bam! My head and body went bananas.
I've been to the toilet (tmi: no.2) 3 in the last 2 hours. And I've had some more laxatives after that and I made myself some (a lot) coffee....
Todays coffee had a twist, no secret ingredience - cayenne pepper, about a tea spoon mixed in 5 cups of coffe (in the coffe powder ofc) tastes awesome and promotes the metabolism.
