laxatives and spike mat - weight loss

Goodmorning y'all, how are you today?

Yesterday was succsess!
Fasting was a blast. I did the 16 hours hypothesis, wich you can read about here (More like 20 hours, woopsi?! )  At 4p.m. wich was a warm pre summer afternoon, I cooked five pieces of asparagus, with chilli and garlic. (fresh chilli and garlic, no oil, only pure boiling water. Remember - clean products!) This got to be yesterdays food... today it's no food, maybe a apple for lunch if I do some work out now before lunch (minimum 1h workout to be worthy any kind of food) + lying (sitting, lyeing on my side and put the mat folded between your thighs  on my spike mat (nail-mat, spike stripe... what ever you call it)!

Food diary june 2nd 2011:

5pcs of asparagus, 
5 cups of strong black coffe,
Capsules (6ps) morning: 2 luchtime: 2 evening: 2 = /day 6 + laxatives: 2 pills at 10p.m.

+ 5 cups coffe =  5 calories/ 5 cups 5x5= 25
TOTAL CALORIES: 52
Weight loss since yetserday: 1kg! (must have been the laxatives?!) I know I said that I wouldn't wheigh myslef until sunday bud I found the curage yesterday evening, and this morning. I needen the numers for stats and motivation.
