I woke up at 05.49... eeeh?
I put on my work out clothes (nike fit) anf runningshoes (addidas). I was up and ready.
Where I run and how: I started in the forrest with soft ground, terrain and a lot of small hills, trees and branches which I had to crouch down under. I ran out on the beach, at first in the sand dunes then on down to the shore. It was heavy and warm, the entire tour ended with some few km (maybe even just 1km) on aslfalt, further into the bike path that leads all the way to my home. Finished, and my lung capacity is so much better than I had expected, but to remember is that my perception of reality pretty warped...
Fitness - all right! The weather was humid and it had rained all night, the air was rich in oxygen, which was enormously helpful.
Now I'm at a friends flat, downtown, waiting for interview (10.00 -14.00)
I've been having a capsule and about 100 grams of fresh home-picked rhubarbs. Now I'll make myself som coffee (I really need to buy Maté tea - it's the best green tea ever)
btw! Newsflash; Muammar Gaddafi ordered mass rapes, called "systematic rape" to hell with him, he's an asshole! .
