16 h (starving) hypothesis.

Hi readers! Hi ventilation room!

 Today I decided that I will implement the 16-hour hypothesis !!! (wich you can read about in yesterdays post here at bones forever). And then after those 16 hours, return to a strict food schedule.

Food diary(I always keep a food diary in my head, not necessarily documented, exept for addition for the clinic's wich they requires of me, but I usually lye in my clinic food diary, unfortunately).
So from now on I'll start post up my food diary here ...again.
 As today is the last day before I go on a strictly food schedule I'll have a wealthy-person-food-day, to be disgusted by food so that the 16-hour hypothesis is attending as a waltz on a flowerfield. 

I've had eating disorders for so long now that I never feel hungry, and my stomach never twists or whine, but I do feel when my blood sugar is getting low, but because of my allergies, I can not revel in sweets, just fruits. A+

And given that it's my birthday on Sunday, I refuse to be swollen, fat and ugly. Sooo my birthday is in four days, which leads to some facts and tip;

Fac/ tip: It takes 3 days for sugar to leave the body (swelling caused by sugar / sweets / alcohol). So after three days you begin to see a fair result. The best to eat, to avoid being swollen is raw food to some extent-  clean products.

Food diary 1 June 2011:
Breakfast-1 small bowl* of muesli **, rice milk (sweetened / unsweetened), 2 ricecakes with hummus and tomato slice, two cups of coffee.


Dinner: A bowl of muesli, 1 ricecake with a ½ sliced ​​banana on, a cup of coffee.
Holy fudge... (...) 
Lunch: 1 green apple, 2 ricecakes with hummus and the remaining tomato slices, a bowl of muesli. A cup of coffee.
*  small bowl holds a fist, I fill it to about 2.5 dl. ** Muesli = homemade, crushed and whole flax seeds, chopped dates, sunflower seeds, goji berries and unsweetened natural onset / non-flavored puffed rice > clean products.
